​Take in the breathtaking views of the longest fjord in the United States at the Holiday Beach private clubhouse, situated on over 4 acres of waterfront property featuring a beach and dock. It's an ideal venue for hosting parties, intimate weddings, receptions, meetings, luncheons, or work events. Conveniently located just two miles north of Hoodsport on the scenic Hood Canal, the clubhouse offers a full kitchen, seating for up to 80 guests, and a cozy fireplace. Owner Pricing
$50/ day with a $100 refundable security deposit. 
Non-Owner Pricing:
$800/ day with a $400 refundable security deposit. 
  • ​For Saturday with Friday half-day set-up and Sunday half-day clean-up the fee is $1,200. 
  • A refundable damage deposit of $400 is required to secure reservation. ​Deposit is due at the time of reservation and will be held until after the event and completion of the Cleaning, Security, and Damage check.  Reservation dates cannot be held without this deposit.  The unspent balance will be refunded to the renter after a walk-through by renter and caretaker.
  • Full payment is due at the time of reservation.

​What's Included
  • Kitchen
    • Fridge, Oven, Stove-top, Microwave, Toaster, Electric Kettle, Coffee pot. 
    • Assorted cutlery, plates, cups, and mugs, kitchen tools and accessories, however, it is highly recommended that any reservation secure any service ware and cutlery separatley. 
  • Two Restrooms 
  • Wood Tables and Benches to seat 80 Guests
  • Fireplace 
  • Exterior Fire pit **Guests are responsible for following all local fire regulations. Sparklers, firecrackers, and fireworks are not permitted. 
  • Two regular sized trash cans and two industrial cans for use during the event. *Guests are responsible for removing all trash from site.  
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 14 calendar days or less of the reserved date will result in a charge for the entire rental fee.
Deposits
A $400.00 refundable deposit is requires to secure the reservation. If the facility is left in unacceptable condition and/or trash is left on the property, the full deposit will be withheld. Guests are expected to sweep the building, mop the floor, and remove all decorations and trash from the property at the end of their reservation. If during the reservation any unacceptable treatment of the facility and/or grounds is reported, the reservation will be ended immediately with forfeiture of any and all deposits and payments.
Parking
Seating for 80, Parking on site for 8 vehicles. Large parties will need to utilize parking along the Highway 101 south of the Clubhouse, or arrange for alternate parking/carpool options. Parking is not permitted on the residential streets of the Holiday Beach property owners. Parking outside of the circular black gravel and/or moving parking guards, parking on landscaping, on natural shrubs and trees, on or near shorelines, on natural grass or grass covered recreational areas, behind the clubhouse or on the south beach lawn of the property, are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit.

​Property Guidelines
  • Access begins at 8 AM and ends at 11 PM for full-day rentals. 
  • Half-day morning access is from 8 AM to 1 PM.
  • Half-day evening access is from 5 PM to 11 PM. 
  • All guests are to respect a 11 PM sound curfew. 
  • No overnight parking or camping allowed.
  • Animals are not allowed in the Clubhouse. Pet owners must clean-up any pet waste on the property.
  • Dock access is restricted to Holiday Beach Home Tracts homeowners.
  • Beach access is restricted to Holiday Beach Home Tracts homeowners.
  • Collecting shellfish, fishing, and crabbing fall under strict regulations and is open to Holiday Beach Home Tracts homeowners with the appropriate state licenses only.
  • Guests must remove any trash and are responsible for cleaning the facility prior to the end of the event.
  • Firearms are not permitted on the property
  • Guests under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times.
  • Reservation holders/ Guests are responsible for the cost to the building or grounds during their event. Any cost for damage to the property and or grounds that exceeds the damage deposit amount of $400.00 will be the financial responsibility of the reservation holder/guests to repair.
Overnight lodging is available at Glen Ayr Motel and RV Park, 1/2 mile south of the Clubhouse at 2538 N. US Hwy 101, Hoodsport, WA 98548.
